The operating rules for using TicketTrails.

These terms outline the main conditions for using the platform as an attendee, organizer, vendor, or partner. Each section below is summarized in plain language and numbered so you can quote it when you contact us.

Operated by Trailtech Group Limited. These are plain-language summaries, not a substitute for the signed agreement.

01

Acceptance of Terms

By using TicketTrails you agree to these terms, the rules published by any event you attend or host, and any lawful instructions that come with platform access, checkout, account security, and venue entry.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.

02

Accounts and Orders

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit at registration, checkout, transfer, and support. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself.

Orders may be delayed, limited, or cancelled where fraud, abuse, or invalid details are detected. Where an order is cancelled after payment, any captured amount is returned to the original payment method.

  • One account per person. Duplicate accounts used to evade limits or fees may be closed.
  • Ticket transfers must follow the event's transfer window and the identity checks the organizer has set.
  • Never resell or share a ticket outside the platform's transfer flow unless the event explicitly permits it.
03

Payments, Refunds, and Event Changes

Payment processing is handled by third-party gateways. We do not store full card numbers, and a gateway outcome can change what a refund ultimately settles to.

Refunds, event postponements, and seat changes depend on the event's own policy, the gateway's outcome, and applicable law. Where an event is cancelled, refunds follow the policy the organizer published at purchase.

  • Prices are shown in the event's currency and may exclude fees until checkout.
  • A refund is not guaranteed simply because a request is made; the event policy and gateway approval both apply.
  • Keep your order reference until a refund has settled, not merely until it has been requested.
04

Organizer, Vendor, and Partner Responsibilities

Organizers, vendors, and partners using TicketTrails must publish accurate listings, honor lawful commitments, and not misuse attendee information, payment infrastructure, promotional tools, or access-control systems.

Commercial accounts are responsible for their own tax, invoicing, and local licensing obligations. TicketTrails is not a party to any agreement you make with an attendee.

  • Listings must not misrepresent the event, the venue, the price, or the availability of tickets.
  • Attendee data may only be used to deliver the event you were engaged for.
  • A published payout figure is an estimate until the event has settled.
05

Platform Availability

We aim to keep TicketTrails available and secure, but parts of the service may change, pause, or be limited during maintenance, upgrades, fraud reviews, or third-party outages.

Liveness and readiness are published separately so you can tell a stopped process from a process waiting on its database.

06

Liability and Contact

To the extent permitted by law, Trailtech Group Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse, unauthorized access, third-party outages, or event-side failures outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. For anything else, contact the team directly.
